This error should only apply to Version 6 users and it can occur after you install or upgrade Microsoft Office or Microsoft Access, or after applying a Windows Update.
To fix it, you need to do the following:-
- In Windows 10, go to “Start” > “Settings” > “System” > “Apps & features”. In previous Windows versions, go to the “Control Panel” > “Add/Remove Programs”
- Click on “Microsoft Access 2010 Runtime” among the list of programs and choose “Uninstall”
- Reboot your computer
- Download and reinstall Cashbook Complete. Note: this will reinstall the required “Microsoft Access 2010 Runtime” file automatically
After the above steps, Cashbook should be able to run normally.
